Another January and millions of people are making resolutions that they won’t be able to keep.
The last resolution I made that I actually kept was some fifteen years ago, when I promised myself to eat more, drink more and have more fun.
That turned out to be a great year.
These days, I don’t make resolutions.
I’ve learned that if you want to change something in your life, don’t wait for the new year, fooling yourself that a resolution will do the trick, because it usually won’t work.
Instead, initiate change whenever you like.
You are more likely to succeed by making changes when you want to, rather than passively waiting for another new year to start.
